Federal Student Loan Consolidation Application

If you decide that you would like to apply for a Federal Consolidation Loan online:

• Log on to www.mygreatlakes.org Borrower and click on "Consolidate My Loans" to access the Consolidation Loan Assistant. The Consolidation Loan Assistant will guide you through the Federal Consolidation Loan Application and Promissory Note and provide you with the opportunity to sign and submit your application electronically.

Please note: Typically, an application for a Federal Consolidation loan is processed and approved in 30-60 days. Please keep in mind that you should continue to make payments on any loans that are not in deferment or forbearance during your application process.
