Our 7-Year balloon has lower interest rates resulting in lower monthly payments and easier qualifying.

Payments are based on a 30-year fixed-rate term for seven years, then you can either:

• Pay balance in full
• Refinance using 7-Year Balloon Option (for a $250 processing fee). Certain conditions apply
• Refinance under standard mortgage refinancing program
