Work-study and Co-op

Many colleges offer special work-study programs. These provide part-time work on campus based on a student’s financial need. The money students earn is theirs to spend as they choose.

Co-op programs allow students to work for two six-month periods in their chosen field, alternated with academic study. They are paid for their work and gain valuable job experience.
